At the end of the session, you may either:

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
You accept these Terms and Conditions from the moment you start viewing our website or use any of our services.

For Overseas-Trained Pharmacists
The service is a consultation process to help determine your pathway and prospects of becoming an Australian pharmacist.
The service includes:

A half-hour consultation session.

A fee of AUD $249.

Access to resources made available to you.

The time, skill, and professional insight of an Australian pharmacist who will assess your situation and provide a consultation outcome.
The Australian pharmacist consultant providing the service:

Is experienced in the overseas pharmacist journey.

Is a highly skilled mentor.
-
Has over a decade of pharmacy experience.
We will try to provide information to help you avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. However, there is no guarantee or warranty. Full responsibility remains with you, and we are not liable for any advice given or not given.
OPRA Review Materials

You will have access until the day of the OPRA exam.

Access is for one person only per subscription.
-
Sharing materials will result in termination of your access.
-
This service/product is non-refundable because it consists of digital resources and review materials.
3. Outcome of the Service
The purpose of the service is to help determine your likely pathway and give you a clearer view of what you can do next.
You may be given options.
Bonus
You may be invited to join a program, which is separate from the consultation service and has a separate cost.
This mentorship program may connect you to a network of sponsors so you can save time and reduce uncertainty in the process.
The program is by invitation only once we deem you suitable to work with.
You may:

Not be invited to proceed further after your session; or
-
Be offered a position to join the mentorship program and continue your journey toward becoming an Australian pharmacist.
4. The Program
The program:

Is by invitation only.

Runs for at least 1 to 2 years.

Is a separate service from Be An Australian Pharmacist.
Be An Australian Pharmacist only provides a half-hour consultation service.
5. Changes
Changes to the content of our website and these Terms and Conditions may occur at any time.
It is your responsibility to check the Site whenever you use it.
By using the Site or services, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions each time you access or use them.
If, for any reason, you do not agree with the Terms at any time, you are not allowed to use the Site or services.
6. Payment and Currency
All transactions made through Be An Australian Pharmacist are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If a currency converter is displayed on the website, it is provided for convenience only.
The final amount charged to your account will be in AUD, and your bank or card provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
7. Refund Policy
We have a non-refundable fee policy.
The fee covers:

The time taken by the professional providing the service.

Any telephone charges, if applicable.

Website access.
-
Company resources made available to provide the service.
Therefore, the fee is not refundable.
If you believe you already know how to become an Australian pharmacist, please do not book the service, as it is non-refundable.
You may conduct your own due diligence at your own cost, time, and effort without using our service. Basic information is already available on our website to help you start.
Additional Conditions for OPRA Passers
If you are an OPRA passer, the following also applies:

No refund will be given if you are not invited to the program.

No refund will be given if you are invited but cannot afford to join the program.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you later find a sponsor, change your mind, or realise that you should not have booked the session.
You should only book the session if you have made a final decision to proceed with a one-on-one consultation with our pharmacist and wish to receive valuable information during the session.
Exceptions / Australian Consumer Law
We will provide a refund as required by Australian Consumer Law, including where a major failure occurs.
We may also provide a refund or adjustment where:

There has been a duplicate payment.

There has been an error in charging.
-
We are unable to deliver the service due to circumstances within our control.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The service and all related products of the website or company are subject to copyright.
The material on the Site is protected by copyright under Australian law and international treaties.
Unless otherwise indicated, all rights, including copyright, in the Services and the compilation of the Site are owned or controlled by Locoomago Pty Ltd or its contributors.
